Terms of Service

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the use of the Maximum VPN service (hereinafter — the "Service"), provided by Sirius LTD (registration number 515230530, hereinafter — the "Company", "we", "us"), registered at: גרוב יוסף 90, דירה 6, באר שבע, ישראל.

1.2. By using the Service, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, use of the Service must be discontinued.

3.1. The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age of 18. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

4.1. Use of the Service may require the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information.

4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. An account is intended for use by a single User and may not be transferred to third parties.

4.3. The Company is entitled to suspend or terminate access to an account in the cases provided for in §6 of this Agreement.

5.1. Only use of the Service that constitutes a criminal offence under the legislation of the State of Israel is prohibited. In particular, when using the Service it is prohibited to:

• distribute malicious software;
• carry out attacks on networks, servers or infrastructure (DDoS, exploitation of vulnerabilities);
• engage in spam, phishing or fraudulent activity;
• distribute child sexual abuse material;
• resell or commercially redistribute access without the Company's consent;
• reverse-engineer the Service's software;
• disrupt the operation of the Service through excessive load or automated requests.

5.2. Use of the Service to circumvent geographic restrictions, content censorship or other restrictions on access to information imposed by local legislation (Russia, China, Iran, UAE and others) does not constitute a breach of this Agreement. Responsibility for compliance with local legislation rests solely with the User.

6.1. Where breaches of §5 are identified, the Company is entitled to restrict or terminate access to the account. The final decision is taken by an authorised member of staff. Requests for review of a decision should be sent to support@maximum-vpn.com.

7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, logos, content) belong to the Company or its licensors.

7.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.1. The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

9.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, network outages, acts of third parties, or incompatibility of the Service with the User's equipment.

10.2. The Service is provided free of charge. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to an amount equivalent to US$10 (ten US dollars), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11.1. The User undertakes to hold the Company harmless from any claims and damages arising in connection with the User's breach of the terms of this Agreement or of the rights of third parties.

12.1. The website may contain links to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for their content or policies.

13.1. The Company is entitled to make changes to this Agreement. The updated version is published on the website, indicating the date of the update.

13.2. The Company will notify Users of material changes at least 14 calendar days in advance. Material changes take effect after the User's explicit confirmation via an in-app modal window. Non-material changes take effect upon publication.

14.1. The User may at any time discontinue use of the Service and delete their account via support@maximum-vpn.com.

14.2. The Company is entitled to cease providing the Service to a User in the cases provided for in §6 of this Agreement.

15.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes are subject to resolution by the competent courts of Beer Sheva, State of Israel. The parties shall make reasonable efforts to settle disputes out of court.

15.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

16.1. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company.

16.2. The User may not assign their rights under this Agreement without the Company's written consent.

16.3. The Company's notices are sent to the email address provided at registration or are published on the website.
