General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Maximum VPN service (the "Service") provided by Sirius LTD (registration number 515230530, the "Company", "we", "us"), registered at: Grov Yosef 90, Apt. 6, Be'er Sheva, Israel.
1.2. By using the Service, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, use of the Service must cease.

Mere Conduit Description of the Service
2.1. Maximum VPN provides access to a virtual private network for traffic encryption, enhanced privacy, and routing of connections through remote servers.
2.2. Technical transit. The Service is a technical means of data transmission. The Company does not initiate transmissions, does not select the recipient, and does not modify the content of traffic. The Company is not liable for the content of traffic passing through the VPN tunnel.
2.3. The Company does not guarantee absolute anonymity, uninterrupted operation, access to all resources, any particular speed, or compatibility with all devices.
2.4. The Company may change, update, suspend, or discontinue individual features or the entire Service.
Age restrictions
3.1. The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age of 18. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
Registration and account
4.1. Use of the Service may require creating an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information.
4.2. The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity in their account. An account is intended for use by a single User and may not be transferred to third parties.
4.3. The Company may suspend or terminate access to an account in the cases set out in §6 of this Agreement.
Acceptable use and restrictions
5.1. Only use of the Service that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of the State of Israel is prohibited. In particular, when using the Service it is prohibited to:
- distribute malicious software;
- carry out attacks on networks, servers, or infrastructure (DDoS, exploitation of vulnerabilities);
- engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities;
- distribute child sexual exploitation material;
- resell or commercially redistribute access without the Company's consent;
- reverse-engineer the Service's software;
- disrupt the Service through excessive load or automated requests.
5.2. Use of the Service to bypass geographic restrictions, content censorship, or other restrictions on access to information imposed by local legislation (Russia, China, Iran, UAE, and others) does not constitute a breach of this Agreement. The User is solely responsible for compliance with local legislation.
Suspension and review of decisions
6.1. If breaches of §5 are detected, the Company may restrict or terminate access to the account. The final decision is taken by an authorised employee. Requests for review of the decision are sent to support@maximum-vpn.com.
Intellectual property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, logos, content) belong to the Company or its licensors.
7.2. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes.
Confidentiality and data processing
8.1. Processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of warranties
9.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of data, network interruptions, third-party actions, or the Service's incompatibility with the User's equipment.
10.2. The Service is provided free of charge. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to an amount equivalent to USD 10 (ten US dollars), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnification
11.1. The User agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims and losses arising from the User's breach of this Agreement or of the rights of third parties.
Third-party links
12.1. The website may contain links to third-party resources. The Company is not responsible for their content or policies.
Changes to the Agreement
13.1. The Company may amend this Agreement. The updated version is published on the website with the date of the update indicated.
13.2. The Company will notify Users of material changes at least 14 calendar days in advance. Material changes take effect after the User's explicit confirmation via an in-app modal. Minor changes take effect upon publication.
Termination of the Agreement
14.1. The User may at any time stop using the Service and delete their account via support@maximum-vpn.com.
14.2. The Company may terminate the provision of the Service to a User in the cases set out in §6 of this Agreement.
Governing law and dispute resolution
15.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Be'er Sheva, State of Israel. The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes pre-litigation.
15.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Miscellaneous and contacts
16.1. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
16.2. The User may not assign their rights under this Agreement without the Company's written consent.
16.3. Notices from the Company are sent to the email provided at registration or published on the website.
